Write to us for quotes, group transfers, day trips from the cruise port or anything not covered by the booking form. We answer within the hour during the day.
The booking form handles the usual journey: one vehicle, one destination, a date and a time. Write to us instead when your plan does not fit in it, or when you would rather ask a person first. We reply in English and Spanish, usually within the hour during the day and first thing the next morning for messages sent overnight.

When to write rather than book
Groups needing more than one vehicle, a transfer with a stop of an hour or more on the way, a day trip from the cruise port with waiting time, an address outside our route list such as a village in the Alpujarra or a farmhouse between Úbeda and Baeza, a wheelchair or an unusual amount of luggage. For any of these we send a fixed quote by email so you know the total before you decide.
What to include in your message
Date and approximate time, the number of passengers, where you start and where you finish with the hotel name if you have it, and your flight or ship details if known. With that we can quote straight away; without it we have to write back with questions, which slows things down. If you already have a booking number, mention it and we find your journey at once.
Changing or cancelling a booking
You do not need to write for that. The confirmation email contains a link to manage your booking, where you can change the time, the address or the flight number, or cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the pickup. If the link does not work or the change is complicated, reply to the confirmation email and we sort it out by hand.
