Legal identification

By reserving a private transfer with Airport Transfers Andalucía through airport-transfers-andalucia.com you accept the conditions set out below.

The fare

Every route carries a fixed fare per vehicle, shown before you book and repeated in the confirmation email. It covers the passengers and luggage indicated for the vehicle, the free waiting periods described on the site and Spanish VAT. Our usual roads are toll-free; where a passenger asks for the AP-46 toll tunnel, the toll is settled separately with the driver. The fare is identical by day or night and on any date. Unless we have agreed something else in writing, it is paid to the driver at the end of the journey, in cash or by card.

When a reservation becomes firm

Your reservation is firm once our confirmation email reaches you. Should we be unable to carry out a journey we will tell you at once and nothing is charged. Journeys of more than 150 km must be reserved no later than 48 hours before the pickup.

Waiting and late arrivals

For airport pickups we follow the flight and allow 60 minutes of waiting after landing without charge. Elsewhere the free waiting period is 15 minutes. Waiting beyond those periods may be invoiced at the rate quoted in your confirmation.

Changes and cancellations

Up to 24 hours before the pickup you may alter the booking or cancel it without cost, either through the link in the confirmation email or by emailing info@airport-transfers-andalucia.com. Cancellations inside that period, and passengers who do not appear, may be charged the full fare.

Passengers, luggage and children

Seating and luggage limits for each vehicle are published on the fleet page. Child restraints are supplied free when requested in advance. Each passenger remains responsible for personal belongings and we accept no liability for items forgotten in a vehicle.

Limits of our responsibility

We cannot be held responsible for delay caused by traffic, weather, snow, road closures or events beyond our control, and our liability in any case is capped at the fare of the transfer concerned.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Spanish law and any dispute falls to the courts of Málaga.
